We have had a quiet July 4th weekend. Dave has been busy working on the pool and the deck around the pool. The first picture is a shot from the pool and our wild blackberry bushes
behind the garden. We have gotten a lot of berries - we eat a lot of them as they are picked. I try to save some to eat with yogurt - very good. I want to make a blackberry cobbler soon.

Max is with us for the week. He is very cute and Bandit loves having him around.

Yeah! Our pool is up and has passed the County inspection. I love it. See the posts - Dave has already started on the deck. See that latter - well it is tiny and straight up and it doesn' make it easy getting in the pool.
These floats are great. There is nothing better than floating on these on a hot day.
This is me on my raft - reading my latest book and having a beer with lime. I am not a beer drinker but these are pretty good.
Relaxing!!!!
