I love the fall

Our little pumpkins - we are headed to St. Louis on Wednesday to spend Halloween with these little guys!! Can't wait!!
Making some comfort food for the fall.
Mushroom soup.
Must have homemade bread with our soup.
Once the temperature got cooler our yard perked up a bit.  Morning Glories last throughout the day in cooler weather.
I got rid of some my herbs that were taking over the area; I planted chives, tarragon and sage in their place.
Morning Glories goe everywhere.
Love the blue ones.
Signs of fall.
Gingham pumpkins found at Walmart.
This candle holder is so pretty when lit.
We painted the front porch floor black - I love the way it turned out.
The internet is full of so many cute ideas for Halloween - I want to try some of these.
Eyeball Martinis.
Monster fingers.
Cute ideas for parties.
Made from mason jars.
Lots of cupcake and cookie ideas.
Spooky milkshakes and pizza.
Bootatos
Love this cheesecake.
"Rest in Peas"
Mummies.
Pina Ghouladas.
I love the dishes made in a pumpkin.  I definitely want to do this!!

Loving Retirement

I have been doing a lot of my favorite things.  Knitting and Reading.  Crochet Halloween Hat for Meg.
My hairdresser is expecting a girl in January - this is an "Upside Daisy Hat" for her.
Football Hat.
3 little pumpkin hats for my neighbor who had twins - a boy and a girl; they also have a 3 year old daughter.
Poncho set for Meg.
I love the way the hat turned out.
A little helmet hat.
All from my favorite book.
Lace hat in progress.
This hat was too big for Alex, I must make another one.
Scarf for Alex.
Love the yarn, but it is a little too heavy for the scarf.
Books I need to return to Amy.

I enjoyed all of these.
