We took the kids home on Sunday. Then we headed to southern Missouri. We had planned to go to Branson, but after a couple of nights we just wanted to go home - to relax by the pool!
We ran into some storms on the way back home = the clouds were awesome.
Of course there was a little knitting along the way. Hats for the twins and this scarf in Va Tech colors to wear to the games this fall.
This is the mess I have at my feet when we travel. All my knitting supplies, books, Ipod - you name it.
We made many stops along the way. Springfield MO was really nice. Lots of cute shops.
Fantastic knit shop!
This pottery shop was interesting. I found really good buys on candles for Christmas presents.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
