We had Brian and his family for dinner last weekend. The menu included hot artichoke dip, which came from one of my Gooseberry Books. It was very good and I plan on making it again real soon. The main dish was meatball and sausage lasagna. I don't think I have ever made lasagna from scratch before - it was a little labor intensive but very good.
Dessert was a Graveyard Pizza ( recipe from kraftfoods.com ). The base is a brownie mix spread in a pizza pan, baked and marshmallows added just until browned, then add crushed oreo's and decorate:
Aidan added the final touches: gummy worms, decorated oreos, eyeballs......
