The corn is looking great, sure hope we have a good crop.
The cabbage plants are huge, no cabbage yet.
Our first cukes.
Dave is putting a fence around the garden. Some critter ate the tops of my rhubarb, green beans and squash. Not sure if it was a rabbit or a deer, so we will be prepared next year.
We have several butterfly bushes in our yard, but I have never seen them get this big.
The daylilies came back great this year.
Dave and I just can't resist getting more plants. Dave fell in love with this water lily; I thought it was too big for our pond but it really does look good.
Little frog sitting on the lily pad.
This is what we hope ours will look like, see the pink flower - very pretty.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
