Meg dressed herself this morning - came in the kitchen while I was cooking breakfast wearing my sun hat - she loves to dress up - so cute.
She dressed up Bandit too.
The robut Alex bought at the Flea Market yesterday is the "Robosapien" - Dave copied the User Manual from the internet. This toy can do a whole lot - but you need the remote. Dave and Alex headed to Radio Shack, they had nothing and the sales clerk sent them to a shop in Midlothian, they didn't have the remote either - oh well, Alex loves it anyway. 
These are crazy cute shoes we got Meg at the Flea Market yesterday. 
Meg and I headed to Walmart to pick up a few things. We were looking for flip flops for Meg - none available in her size. We bought Alex 2 pair - 1 Spider Man and 1 Toy Story - $2 each. We did find turquoise tennis shoes for her. Love the color - reminded us of Samantha's belly button ring.
Tatto Meg won in a bean bag toss last night.
The afternoon was spent at the pool.
...just chilling...

Great way to keep cool on a 100 degree day.
Lots of laughing and splashing!
So much fun!!!
We had a dinner party on the front porch.
Alex had bologna sandwiches.
The rest of us had leftovers: chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and salad - fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from our garden.
Chocolate milk for the kids - they loved the fancy glasses...cheap, plastic glasses I found at the $ store a few years ago.

Another great day with Alex and Meighan. We are all pooped.
