Leaving St. Louis

We left St. Louis Friday morning. It sure wasn't easy leaving - I miss them already! There is the arch. The weather was cloudy and misty but the big difference as we headed east was the temperature - 65 degrees! What a big difference a few days make.

You see a lot of cool bridges along the way.

We stopped in Corydon. A very cute little town with some fun shops that we had visited on our last drive to St. Louis.

Amy, this was a cute scrap book store. Love that Pink! They were not open so we couldn't go in to browse.

Another store in town - full of neat stuff.

Cooper was satisfied sitting on me or beside me - he doesn't seem to mind the yarn all over his head. I am making hats for the twins. Cooper seems to be feeling better but he will have to go to the vet as soon as we get back.

Drive, Drive, Drive - Dave did it all!!
We didn't see a lot of sun on our trip back. But we had fun. Stopped a lot and we listened to the latest book on tape of Harry Potter.

Oh, and guess what, remember the hoosier cabinet at Clyde's. Dave agreed that we could get it and return in the truck in a few weeks to pick it up!!! Can you believe him? That's a 10 hour trip - 5 hours each way and through the mountains. Am I lucky or what!!! Thank You, Thank you!
